As we continue to grow, our North Vernon facility is seeking a Maintenance Technician to install, maintain, and troubleshoot production machinery and plant equipment.

What You Will Be Doing
- Perform machine setup, preventive maintenance, and scheduled or emergency repairs on production equipment
- Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical systems across packaging machinery and facility infrastructure
- Read manuals and work orders to diagnose issues, replace or adjust parts, and test equipment for proper operation
- Operate hand and power tools, electric meters, and material handling equipment safely while maintaining a clean work environment
- High School degree minimum or equivalent, technical certification preferred
- 2 years of experience in an industrial technician position
- Electrical and Mechanical Troubleshooting
- PLCs/VFD Drives
