Job Title: Maintenance Technician - 1st and 2nd Shifts
Hourly Rate: 28-35/Hour

The Maintenance Technician will ensure smooth operation of all production equipment and facility systems.
As a maintenance technician, you have had a manager who stands over you, or asks you why something isn't finished after 5 minutes, or has never done the job of a maintenance technician. Good news, our Maintenance Managerr was a Maintenance Technician for 10 years. He understands the work that goes into the position. He also understands that sometimes we can't show up everyday at the same time. Family, life events, and other aspects get in the way. We are willing to be flexible on start and end times to make what works best for you and the team.
We are hiring for 1st and 2nd shift.
Position Overview
We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient operation and maintenance of our manufacturing equipment and facilities. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in mechanical and electrical maintenance, with expertise in troubleshooting and repairing various machinery and systems.

Key Responsibilities
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on machinery and equipment
- Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues to minimize downtime
- Conduct preventative maintenance checks and services
- Assist in the installation of new equipment and systems
- Support production teams by resolving equipment-related issues quickly
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance work and repairs
- Collaborate with other technicians and departments to improve equipment reliability
- Respond to emergency maintenance requests in a timely manner
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical degree preferred
- Proven experience as a Maintenance Technician or similar role
- Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills
- Familiarity with rotational molding, injection molding, and plastics processing
- Experience with PLC programming and maintenance
- Knowledge of HVAC systems and preventative maintenance practices
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
