Position Overview

The role involves troubleshooting mechanical and electrical issues, conducting routine maintenance, and implementing improvements to enhance operational performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform routine maintenance and preventive inspections on machinery and equipment.
- Troubleshoot and repair mechanical and electrical issues on food manufacturing equipment.
- Assist in the installation of new machinery and equipment.
- Maintain accurate maintenance records and documentation.
- Collaborate with production teams to minimize downtime and improve processes.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance machine performance.
- 2 years of experience in a manufacturing plant
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical degree or certification in mechanics or a related field preferred.
- Proven experience as a maintenance mechanic in a food manufacturing environment.
- Strong knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems.
- Familiarity with food machinery and maintenance practices.
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Salary : $90,000 - $120,000
