Position Overview
We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining and repairing machinery and equipment in a manufacturing environment, ensuring optimal performance and safety standards are met.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform routine maintenance on equipment and machinery to ensure proper functioning.
- Troubleshoot and diagnose equipment malfunctions to identify necessary repairs.
- Conduct repairs on hydraulic and pneumatic systems as required.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and equipment status.
- Implement process improvements to enhance equipment efficiency and reliability.
- Assist in the development and adherence to safety standards within the facility.
- Collaborate with engineering and production teams to optimize manufacturing processes.
- 2 yrs as a Maintenance Technician or similar role in a manufacturing environment.
- Strong machining and mechanical skills with a solid understanding of manufacturing processes.
- Proficiency in troubleshooting and repairing hydraulic and pneumatic systems.
- Familiarity with quality control standards and safety regulations.
- Ability to read and interpret technical documentation and manuals.
- Strong electrical skills and experience with tooling and equipment maintenance.
