What You Will Be Doing
- Responsible for trouble shooting, maintenance and repair of hydraulically and pneumatically operated machine
- Rebuild pneumatic cylinders and valves
- Rebuild hydraulic pumps, cylinders, and valves
- Perform non-electrical maintenance on air compressors
- Maintain wells, water pumps, and emission systems
- Troubleshoot and maintain ACS units
- Handle pipefitting tasks as needed
- Maintain and troubleshoot various plant equipment to ensure continuous operation
- Maintain robots and gas systems used for flame hardening
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and hydraulic diagrams
- Adhere to TS 16949 work instructions
- Minimum 2 years of Manufacturing experience
- Strong knowledge of pneumatics, hydraulics, and electrical
- Able to work 2nd shift
- $30-35/hr $0.35 shift premium
