Title: Maintenance Supervisor

Location: Valdosta, GA (31601)

Salary Pay: $75,000 - $90,000 (Plus up to10% annual performance bonus)

Our portfolio includes some of the most recognized brands in the U.S. We are currently seeking a skilled Maintenance Supervisor to join our team in Valdosta, GA.

What You Will Be Doing 

• Supervise and lead maintenance operations for a commercial bakery with hourly technicians
• Remain hands-on with industrial equipment, troubleshooting and repairing mechanical, electrical, and refrigeration systems
• Execute preventive and corrective maintenance programs to minimize downtime and improve reliability
• Manage CMMS data, maintenance KPIs, MRO processes, and maintenance budgets
• Enforce safety, environmental, and regulatory compliance while driving a zero-injury culture
• Lead capital improvement projects and support training and development of maintenance staff

What You Need For This Job

• Strong industrial maintenance background with the ability to physically work inside and on production machinery
• 4 years in maintenance with at least 2 years in a maintenance supervisor or lead role
• Solid knowledge of mechanical, electrical, refrigeration, and building maintenance in manufacturing
• Experience using CMMS systems and basic proficiency with Excel, Word, and email
• Flexibility to work rotating shifts, including 3rd shift, with potential 6-month shift assignments
• Dependable, organized, and self-motivated leadership style with safety-first mindset
