Position Overview
The Maintenance Manager will oversee the maintenance operations within a food manufacturing environment, ensuring that all equipment and facilities are functioning optimally. The role involves strategic planning, staff management, and coordination of maintenance activities to meet production goals while adhering to safety and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement maintenance strategies to improve operational efficiency.
- Manage and train the maintenance team to ensure high performance and safety standards.
- Oversee the maintenance of all machinery and equipment used in food processing and production.
- Schedule and coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance activities.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations in all maintenance operations.

Qualifications
