Key Responsibilities
- Manage and lead the maintenance team, providing guidance and training as necessary.
- Develop and implement maintenance strategies for manufacturing equipment, particularly in extrusion processes.
- Conduct regular inspections of equipment and facilities to ensure compliance with safety and operational standards.
- Oversee the scheduling and execution of preventative maintenance tasks to reduce the likelihood of equipment failure.
- Utilize predictive maintenance techniques to identify potential issues before they lead to equipment breakdowns.
- Collaborate with production management to align maintenance activities with manufacturing schedules.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and equipment performance metrics.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or related field.
- Proven experience in maintenance management within a manufacturing environment.
- Strong knowledge of extrusion processes and maintenance protocols.
- Experience with preventative and predictive maintenance strategies.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
