Maintenance Controller

Position Overview

The Maintenance Controller is responsible for overseeing and managing the maintenance activities of the aircraft fleet to ensure compliance with safety regulations and operational standards. This role requires coordination of maintenance schedules, effective communication with maintenance teams, and ensuring that all maintenance records are accurately maintained.

Position is located in North Carolina, relocation assistance will be provided

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate all aspects of aircraft maintenance control including scheduling and compliance with maintenance programs.
• Oversee the execution of maintenance activities, ensuring they are performed in accordance with applicable regulations and company policies.
• Communicate with maintenance teams and other departments to ensure timely completion of aircraft maintenance tasks.
• Maintain accurate documentation and records of all maintenance activities, inspections, and repairs.
• Act as the primary contact for any maintenance-related issues or inquiries, providing solutions and support as needed.
• Analyze maintenance data and reports to identify trends, potential issues, and opportunities for improvement.
  
  

Qualifications

• Valid Airframe and Powerplant (A&P) certification.
• Experience with CAMP and Corridor maintenance tracking systems.
• Strong knowledge of aircraft maintenance procedures and regulatory requirements.
• Previous experience in a maintenance control role or similar position within the aviation industry.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks.
