- 2 years of experience in injection molding setup and operation (preferred within a manufacturing or plastics environment).
- Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
- Ability to read blueprints, work instructions, and use precision measuring tools.
- Familiarity with thermoplastics and mold temperature control systems.
