Low Voltage Division Manager
to lead our Northern California operations. This role demands strong communication skills and proven experience in Low Voltage Systems, including Audio/Visual (A/V), Security, and Telecom.

Identify and target General Contractors (GCs) and end users to drive sales growth.
Recruit, build, and manage a high-performing team with diverse technical skills to support expansion.
Forecast labor needs and hire accordingly based on project pipeline and workforce planning.
Estimate Lump Sum, GMP, and Design-Build projects; develop targeted budgets and proposals.
Track project costs and manage change orders using construction management software.
Set and achieve aggressive revenue targets:
- Year 1: $10 million
- Year 2 : Steady growth to reach $20 million annually
Ideal Candidate
- 10 years of experience in Low Voltage Systems
- Strong leadership and project management skills
- Proficient in estimating and financial analysis
- Familiar with construction management software
- Based in NorCal and willing to work in Sacramento, CA
