Job Title: Litigation Defense Attorney ($160k-$215k/yr DOE)
Billable hours are 1900 for associates and 1850 for Partners.
Requirements: At least 3-5 years of experience in California Litigation including any of L&E, Business Litigation, General/Professional Liability, Coverage, Real Estate, Construction and/or some Transactional.
We have nearly 50 yrs of experience in California and are looking to expand our litigation practice. You will be responsible for providing legal advice and guidance on law matters to our clients, defending our clients in court, and representing them in litigation. You must be adept at trial and be able to develop strategies to defend our clients' interests.

What You Need for this Position
- In order to be successful in this role, you must have a JD degree and at least 5 years of experience in the legal field.
- You must have expertise in litigation, trial, and defense.

- The ideal candidate will have excellent research and writing skills, be able to work independently and as part of a team, and have strong communication and negotiation skills.
- $160,000-$215,000 DOE Annually.
