The ideal candidate will have a strong background in medical malpractice, product liability, class action, mass tort, and toxic tort cases. Key Responsibilities
- Represent clients in litigation cases including depositions, trial preparation, and court appearances.
- Draft and file legal documents including motions, pleadings, and discovery requests.
- Conduct legal research and prepare legal memoranda to support case strategies.
- Collaborate with other attorneys and legal professionals to develop defense strategies.
- Communicate with clients to provide updates and gather information related to cases.
- Negotiate settlements with opposing counsel when appropriate.
- Juris Doctor (JD)
- Admitted to the bar in Illinois- Dual licensing in IN, WI, and KS is a major plus
- Experience in product liability, toxic tort, class-action, mass tort, or medical malpractice is Required
- 3 years of experience in litigation- Defense Only
- Strong knowledge of litigation processes and procedures.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Salary : $110,000 - $165,000
