This position offers an opportunity to work on challenging cases in a dynamic environment while collaborating with experienced attorneys.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage a caseload of personal injury cases from inception through trial.
- Conduct legal research and analysis to support case strategies.
- Draft pleadings, motions, and other legal documents.
- Communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, and court personnel.
- Attend depositions, hearings, and trials as necessary.
- Develop and implement case strategies in conjunction with senior attorneys.
- Stay updated with relevant laws and regulations affecting litigation.
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
- Active license to practice law in the relevant state.
- Proven experience in litigation, particularly in personal injury.
- Strong legal research and writing skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.

Salary : $140,000 - $170,000
