Position Overview
We are seeking a Litigation Associate with 3 years of experience, ideally with a background in complex commercial litigation. The ideal candidate will be comfortable managing a litigation caseload, contributing to high-stakes matters, and working closely with clients and colleagues in a team-oriented environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle all aspects of litigation in state and federal courts
- Draft pleadings, motions, memoranda, and discovery documents
- Conduct and defend depositions, mediations, and court appearances
- Collaborate with clients, experts, and internal teams to develop litigation strategies
- Advise clients on legal and economic aspects of disputes
- Participate in arbitration and alternative dispute resolution proceedings
- J.D. from an accredited law school
- Licensed and in good standing with the Florida Bar
- Minimum of 3 years of litigation experience, preferably at a regional or national law firm
- Strong writing, oral advocacy, and analytical skills
- Judicial clerkship experience is a plus
- Demonstrated initiative, maturity, and ability to work independently and collaboratively
- 150k-185k Salary
