Position Overview
We are seeking a skilled Licensed Commercial HVAC Technician  to join our team, responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems in commercial settings. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in electrical systems and troubleshooting, ensuring compliance with safety and building codes.

Key Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, and repair HVAC systems in commercial buildings.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot HVAC system issues and provide effective solutions.
• Ensure compliance with local and state codes and safety standards during all HVAC activities.
• Perform routine maintenance and repairs on HVAC equipment to ensure optimal performance.
• Conduct inspections to identify potential issues and recommend necessary repairs or upgrades.
• Maintain accurate records of work performed, including maintenance logs and repair history.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as an HVAC Technician or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of electrical systems and HVAC troubleshooting techniques.
• Valid CT HVAC license (D or S type) is required.
• OSHA 10 Card. 
• Valid Driver's License, frequent travel ro nearby areas. 
• Familiarity with code compliance and safety standards related to HVAC systems.
• Experience in commercial HVAC installations and repairs.
• Skills in soldering and brazing are essential.
• Nice to have: Experience in commercial refrigeration systems.
