Established Regional Civil Defense Firm Seeking Legal Assistant

A well-established regional civil defense litigation firm with over 100 attorneys across 13 offices throughout the Mid-Atlantic is seeking a Legal Assistant to join their Allentown or Mt. Laurel office. This is a newly created position supporting 2-3 attorneys in a fast-paced general liability and workers' compensation defense practice. This role is strictly in-office and offers the opportunity to grow within a collaborative and highly regarded litigation team.

Offer:
$60,000 - $85,000 base salary, contingent on experience

Qualifications:
Minimum 1 year of in-office general liability experience (2 years preferred)
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (required)
iManage experience a plus
Strong organizational and communication skills
Ability to manage competing deadlines in a high-volume litigation environment

Responsibilities:
Providing administrative and litigation support to 2-3 attorneys across GL and WC matters
Managing case files, correspondence, and document organization
Assisting with scheduling, discovery deadlines, and court filings
Drafting and proofreading legal documents and correspondence
Coordinating with clients, courts, and opposing counsel as needed
