We're seeking a Lean Engineer to help drive continuous improvement across our manufacturing and business processes. This role focuses on eliminating waste, improving efficiency, and supporting our lean transformation strategy. You'll work closely with production and other departments to implement lean tools and foster a culture of operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead and support lean initiatives across the site
- Identify and prioritize improvement opportunities using lean principles
- Facilitate kaizen events and visual scheduling projects
- Train and coach teams on lean tools like 5S, Kanban, Value Stream Mapping, SMED, TPM, and more
- Track and report on lean activities, savings, and performance metrics
- Support daily lean management meetings and help develop recovery plans
- Assist with new process and product implementations
- Promote open communication and employee involvement in lean efforts
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field
- 3-5 years of experience in lean manufacturing or process improvement (Kaizen, Six Sigma, 5S etc etc)
- Working knowledge of lean tools and production balancing
- Value Stream Mapping
- MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PP)
- Willingness to travel up to 25%-50%
- Certifications or extensive Training in Lean Tool Methodologies & Deployement
- Six Sigma, 5S / 5S deployment, Kaizen, Kanban, TPM, SMED, Lean Daily management, Tiered Accountability Boards
- Minitab is a plus
