What You Will Do
- Multi-Family New Construction Projects
- First Project: 300 unit master plan garden-style community
- Lead projects from start to finish
- Work side by side with Project Management team
- Work with upper leadership to ensure project success
- Work with clients so projects meet their needs
- 5 years of Superintendent experience
- 3 years of Multi-family Experience
- Lead at least one Multi-family project
- High School Diploma
- Base ($155,000-$175,000) Annual Bonus & Project Completion Bonuses
