We have increased our headcount by 25% over the past 2 years as we continue to expand our client base and industries we service. For this Lead Service Installation Technician position you will install, program, and support integrated security systems including access control, alarms, video surveillance, and intercoms to ensure quality delivery and client satisfaction.

What You Will Be Doing
- Lead installation & servicing of integrated security systems incl: access control, intrusion alarms, video surveillance & intercoms across diverse commercial and industrial environments
- Configure & program head-end control panels and system software to ensure seamless functionality and client-specific customization
- Execute structured cabling, device setup, and termination with precision while adhering to technical schematics and site-specific requirements
- Diagnose & resolve system malfunctions through advanced troubleshooting techniques ensuring minimal downtime and optimal system performance
- Maintain detailed site documentation & compliance records to support regulatory standards / internal quality benchmarks
- 3 years installing, programming & servicing integrated security platforms across multi-site enterprise settings
- Proficient in interpreting architectural drawings, riser diagrams & construction plans to guide system layout and device placement
- OSHA 10 certified w/ hands-on experience operating lifts & power tools in active job sites
- Ability to manage complex installations w/ minimal supervision
