Because of our growth, we are looking for a Lead Superintendent for multifamily residential and commercial construction projects in the Front Range.What You Will Be DoingSuperintendents manage one project at a time and are responsible for subcontractor performance, schedule, quality control, coordination, safety, and inspections.
The Superintendent is the primary point of contact on site during construction. The Superintendent works closely with the Project Manager and, depending on the size of the project, the Project Engineer.
Typical projects range in size from $5m to $60m. We operate primarily in the design/build and design/assist project delivery methods.What You Need for this PositionWe are looking for at least 5yrs of recent experience on Ground Up construction of Multifamily type builds.
Projects are typically in the northern Front Range area from south Denver to Fort Collins - Most of our projects are local to Denver, but must be open to some travel, when needed.
