Job Description
As the Lead Superintendent, you will report directly to senior project leadership and take full ownership of site execution for mid‑rise multifamily developments.
- Lead all daily field operations for 70-80 unit, ground‑up multifamily projects
- Manage subcontractor performance, sequencing, and site coordination
- Maintain and update project schedules using Microsoft Project or comparable software
- Enforce safety standards, quality control, and regulatory compliance
- Coordinate inspections, punch lists, commissioning, and close‑out activities
- Build strong relationships with trade partners and internal stakeholders
- Mentor field staff and promote a positive, professional jobsite culture
The Successful Applicant
For The Lead Superintendent Role, We Are Seeking
- Proven experience delivering ground‑up multifamily construction projects
- Background with mid‑rise or complex urban builds preferred
- Strong scheduling experience using Microsoft Project or Primavera P6
- Ability to lead subcontractors and drive schedules in live environments
- Hands‑on leadership style with excellent communication skills
- Commitment to safety, quality, and team development
- Base salary: $110,000 - $140,000
