Position Overview

We are seeking a skilled Machine Learning Research Engineer to join our innovative team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in artificial intelligence and machine learning, with a focus on developing cutting-edge algorithms and models to solve complex problems. You will be responsible for researching, designing, and implementing advanced ML solutions that leverage large language models and other emerging technologies.

Key Responsibilities

• Research and develop machine learning models and algorithms that enhance our products.
• Implement state-of-the-art techniques such as Reinforcement Learning from Human Feedback (RLHF) and Self-Fine Tuning (SFT).
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate machine learning solutions into existing systems and services.
• Utilize frameworks such as PyTorch and HuggingFace for model development and optimization.
• Deploy and manage models using cloud services like AWS and containerization technologies such as microservices.
• Analyze large datasets using tools like SPARK, Pinecone, Weaviate, Neo4j, and Neptune to derive insights and improve models.
  
  

Qualifications

• BS/Master's or PhD in Computer Science, Machine Learning, Data Science, or a related field.
• Proven experience in AI/ML development and research, especially with large language models (LLMs).
• Strong programming skills in Python, with familiarity in Scala or Spark for data processing.
• Experience with machine learning libraries and tools, especially PyTorch and HuggingFace (or similar)
• Knowledge of modern data storage solutions and databases like Neo4j, Neptune or similar.
• Familiarity with microservices architecture and deployment in cloud environments, particularly AWS.
