Land Development Project Manager

Position Overview:
We are seeking a Land Development Project Manager to add to our team and help build out our Civil Engineering department! The Project Manager - Land Development will oversee and manage land development projects from conception to completion. This role requires a thorough understanding of civil site design in both private and public sectors. 

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage land development projects from initial planning to final completion.
• Coordinate with clients, engineers, architects, and regulatory agencies to ensure project compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.
• Prepare and review project plans, specifications, and contracts.
• Manage project budgets, schedules, and resources effectively.
• Provide technical guidance on grading, drainage, stormwater management, erosion, and sediment control measures.
• Assist in business development activities to expand the company's portfolio in land development projects.
• Collaborate with the design team on residential and commercial projects, ensuring design meets client and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• EI is required, Professional Engineer (PE) license preferred.
• 5 years of experience in civil site design.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and Civil 3D software.
• Strong knowledge of grading, drainage, and stormwater management practices.
• Experience with federal, public, and private land development projects preferred.
• Ability to manage multiple projects while maintaining attention to detail.
