What You Will Be Doing
- Complete design work and calculations for land development projects using computer aided software.
- Prepare grading, utility design, and drainage on residential land development projects.
- Review plans and prepare technical specifications, contract documents, and estimates.
- Conceptualize and execute the civil design approach for assigned projects.
- Assist EITs, Design Engineers, and other team members on project scope when needed.
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
- Strong understanding of land development principles related to residential projects like Master Planned Communities.
- Experience using applications such as AutoCAD and Civil 3D
- EIT required, PE preferred.
