With your extensive experience in labor and employment law you will be responsible for providing legal counsel and representation to clients on a variety of employment-related matters. You will advise clients on compliance, handle disputes, and represent them in litigation and trial to protect their rights and interests. If you have 5 years of experience in labor & employment law and trial experience, we want to talk to you!

Key Responsibilities
- Advise clients on labor and employment law issues, including compliance with federal and state regulations.
- Represent clients in negotiations, mediations, and litigation related to employment disputes.
- Manage trial preparation and strategy, including drafting pleadings and motions.
- Conduct legal research and prepare legal opinions on various labor and employment issues.
- Handle cases involving but not limited to discrimination, harassment, wage and hour claims, and employment contracts.
- Assist clients in developing and implementing workplace policies and practices to mitigate legal risks.
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree
- Active license to practice in the state of NJ- multiple licenses is a plus!
- 5 years of experience in labor and employment law- management/defense
- Strong knowledge of labor law, employment law, and litigation practices.
- Trial experience is a MUST
- Active book of business is a big PLUS, but not required
- Medical, Dental, Vision Coverage
- 401(k) Plan
- 1700-1800 billable hours tops- More if you want it
- Multiple office locations in New Jersey

Salary : $150,000 - $200,000
