Key Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems and equipment.
- Perform advanced electrical wiring and system testing and troubleshooting.
- Lead and supervise junior electricians and apprentices.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations.
- Document and report on work performed, including maintenance logs and compliance checks.
- Provide customer service and support regarding electrical issues and inquiries.
- Conduct solar panel installations and maintenance as needed.
- Participate in professional development and training to enhance skills and knowledge.
- Valid Journeyman Electrician license.
- Advanced knowledge of electrical systems and codes.
- Experience in solar panel installation and maintenance.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Physical stamina to perform manual labor.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven leadership and supervisory abilities.
- Ability to document and report accurately.
- Commitment to safety and compliance in all tasks.

Salary : $60,000 - $90,000
