Asset Management Specialist (Contractor)
Location: Coral Springs, FL (Onsite)
Duration: 3-month contract (possible extension)
Schedule: Full-time, M-F, 8 AM-5 PM
Founded in 2015, we are a leading provider of outpatient diagnostic imaging services across the U.S. We operate a large network of imaging centers offering MRIs, CT scans, X-rays, and other modalities. The company focuses on partnering with hospitals and health systems to make imaging more accessible, efficient, and cost-effective.
We're seeking an Asset Management Specialist to support IT operations during a period of rapid growth and system migration. This role will work alongside our existing IT team to manage the full lifecycle of hardware assets and provide hands-on technical support.
Key Responsibilities
We're in the midst of major IT projects, including migration from Microsoft 365 to Google, Windows 11 upgrades, and expanding support for remote users across 200 sites. Your work will help us catch up on critical deployments and set the stage for future growth.

We're seeking an Asset Management Specialist to support IT operations during a period of rapid growth and system migration. This role will work alongside our existing IT team to manage the full lifecycle of hardware assets and provide hands-on technical support.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate inventory of PCs, laptops, iPads, and Chromebooks, including eWaste disposal.
- Assist with imaging, deployment, and troubleshooting across Windows, iOS/macOS, and Chrome OS devices.
- Handle shipping, receiving, and logistics for IT equipment.
- Manage equipment returns, refurbishment, and redeployment.
- Support onsite end users and coordinate with vendors for peripherals.
- Ensure proper documentation and updates in Active Directory.
- IT Asset Lifecycle Management experience (acquisition through disposal).
- Proficiency with Windows imaging tools (SCCM, Intune/Autopilot), Apple MDM (ABM/JAMF), and Google Admin Console for Chromebooks.
- Strong inventory control and logistics experience.
- Ability to configure, test, and deploy devices.
- Excellent communication and documentation skills.
- Experience with Ivanti ticketing tools.
- Networking fundamentals.
