Position Overview
The International Tax Manager will be responsible for overseeing and managing tax compliance and planning for international operations. This role involves collaborating with various departments to ensure compliance with international tax laws and regulations, and providing strategic support in tax-related matters.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee international tax compliance and reporting, including Forms 5471, 5472, and FBAR.
- Develop and implement tax strategies that align with the company's international business objectives.
- Collaborate with finance and accounting teams to ensure accurate tax reporting and compliance.
- Provide guidance on international tax implications of business transactions and structures.
- Stay updated on international tax laws and regulations, and assess their impact on the organization.
- Review and analyze tax positions and recommendations to mitigate risks and enhance tax efficiencies.
- CPA certification is required.
- Strong knowledge of international tax laws and regulations.
- Experience with public accounting and tax compliance.
- Familiarity with Forms 5471, 5472, and FBAR reporting requirements.
- JD degree is a plus but not required.
- Proven experience in a managerial role within tax or finance.
