Salary Range: Base: $225,000 - $260,000 (Before bonuses)

Whether enforcing high-value IP rights or defending against trade secret misappropriation, this team is known for navigating the most complex procedural and technical intricacies in the legal industry. We are seeking a high-caliber Junior Associate for the Mechanical Practice group who can bridge the gap between heavy industry and modern digital systems.
Key ResponsibilitiesLitigation Strategy: Research and draft high-level pleadings, discovery, and dispositive motion papers for complex patent disputes.
Technical Advocacy: Translate intricate mechanical systems into winning legal arguments, specifically focusing on how they intersect with computer technology, coding, and signal processing.
Trial & Appeals: Support 230 elite litigators through every stage of the process, from initial filing to high-profile appeals before government agencies and federal courts.
Education: Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering (or a closely related technical field) is mandatory.
Experience: 1-3 years of solid, hands-on patent litigation experience.
Technical Breadth: Knowledge of coding and signal processing is highly preferred to support the firm's multidisciplinary cases.
Exceptional Writing: Must possess "Gold Standard" writing skills-experience with Federal Circuit or district court briefing is a major plus.
Top-Tier Profile: Ideally seeking candidates from high-ranking law schools with Law Review, Moot Court, or federal clerkship experience.
Market-Leading Pay: Lockstep "Cravath-scale" compensation, $225K for 1st-year associates.
