A highly regarded boutique practice (name withheld for confidentiality) is seeking an experienced Intellectual Property Associate with a strong background in patent litigation and engineering. This opportunity offers high level, hands on work across cutting edge technologies and direct collaboration with partners and clients.

- Competitive compensation range of 150,000 to 250,000 dollars, depending on experience

Responsibilities
- Handle pre suit investigations and all major litigation steps, including drafting motions, conducting discovery, preparing expert materials, and assisting in trial preparation.
- Work directly with senior attorneys and clients to develop case strategy in patent matters.
- Assist with IP counseling, portfolio enforcement, and technology related commercial matters.
Candidate Profile
- J.D. from an accredited law school and admission to at least one U.S. state bar.
- Minimum of 2 years of patent litigation experience in a law firm or comparable environment.
- Technical degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or related field, or equivalent industry experience.
- Strong writing, analytical, and communication skills.
- USPTO registration is a plus but not required.
