Infor M3 Technical Systems Analyst

Salary - up to $130,000 base depending on experience plus bonus and benefits

Hybrid - Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday onsite, Monday and Friday remote, must be local

We are searching for an Infor M3 ERP (WMS) Technical Systems Analyst to add to our new cloud ERP (WMS) Technology team as part of our goal to scale rapidly. As a M3 Technical Systems Analyst, you will have the opportunity to be part of Infor's new M3 ERP cloud business suite. You will be instrumental in administering and monitoring multiple M3 instances, implementing capabilities to maintain a healthy and scalable ERP platform adhering to Infor's best practices. You will be working on the technical side, performing Infor M3 Administration as well as business analysis. Come with your Infor M3 WMS experience and we can train you to expand those skills!

Responsibilities

• Actively administer and maintain Infor M3 cloud instances and other Infor suite of business applications that are closely integrated with Infor M3 ERP, Infor WMS MING.LE, EDI, ION and data lake.
• Further drive ERP performance optimization, optimal sizing and tuning of M3 internal sub systems for reliable and real-time integrations between Infor M3 and other internal software platforms for scale.
• Promote industry best practices and bring forth innovative ideas and concepts that can positively benefit the platform
• Champion security, segregation of duties (users/roles), SOX Compliance
• Maintain and support data refresh, data governance, audit trails, automate repetitive admin tasks and improve efficiency
• Create and maintain reports, workflows, and system configurations.
• Closely collaborate with other IT teams when necessary.
  
  

Requirements

Infor M3 experience in as many as the below areas as possible:

• Infor M3 ERP administration
• Best practices on setting up users, roles, security and audit trail with in M3.
• Implementing repetitive data refresh from M3 Production Environment to lower M3 environments.
• Maintaining Stream Serve documents, M3 Output Document Management, M3 Report Manager.
• Infor Ming.le, managing users, roles and security within Infor Federation Services (IFS).
• Prior experience with Infor IDM and Infor OCR technologies would be a big plus
• Prior experience with Infor M3 Mashup designer tools would be a big plus.
