You have demonstrated the ability to generate business, develop referral relationships, and consistently deliver outstanding results for your clients.

Required Qualifications:

• Active membership in the Maryland and/or Virginia Bar
• Proven annual fee production of $400,000
• Portable book of business and established referral network
• Significant experience handling plaintiff-side personal injury matters
• Strong litigation and trial skills
• Ability to independently manage and grow a practice

Highly Desired:

• Notable jury verdicts and seven-figure settlements
• Established referral relationships with attorneys, medical providers, and community partners
• First-chair trial experience
• Reputation as a go-to attorney in the personal injury space

Compensation

Base Salary: $150,000 - $250,000

Plus:

• Generous commission structure
