Hybrid Employment Attorney - Base $240K+ commissions/bonus

We are a medium-sized regional law firm offering a suite of services across business, employment, and insurance law, and serving a wide variety of clients from small startups to Fortune 100 companies across a variety of industries. We have been in business since 1992 and have multiple office across the southwest. Due to our expansive growth over the last few years we are in need of an experienced Labor & Employment Attorney! • What you will need:
• -Licensed to practice law in California and in good standing with the California bar
• -3 years of litigation experience, preferably employment law experience
• -Excellent academics
• -Strong written communication/analytical skills
• -Excellent courtroom demeanor
• -Highly organized
• -Detail oriented
• -Willingness to accept constructive feedback
• -Excellent team player
• Responsibilities:
• -Litigate single-plaintiff and class/representative actions
• -Handle agency charges
• -Provide advice and training to clients
• -Participate in CLE training
• -Enhance client relationships and personal brand through marketing and business development activities
