Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates.
- Collaborate with department heads to identify staffing needs and job specifications.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations throughout the recruitment and hiring process.
- Manage employee benefits programs and communicate options to staff.
- Provide legal guidance on HR policies and practices to ensure adherence to applicable laws.
- Conduct training sessions for HR staff on legal compliance and best practices in recruiting and HR management.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and legal developments related to HR and recruiting.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Law, or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR management, with a focus on recruiting and the legal field
- Experience as an HR manager at a law firm, private or AmLaw
- Strong understanding of labor laws and regulations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in HR software and recruitment tools.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Certification in HR (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is a plus.
