What You'll Own
- End-to-end design strategy across a multi-product SaaS platform
- Hiring, mentoring, and scaling a high-performing design team
- Building design systems and processes from scratch
- Leading UX research and validating decisions with data, not guesswork
- Partnering cross-functionally to shape product vision and customer experience
- 5 years designing B2B/enterprise software in a fast-growing startup
- Experience managing and growing design teams
- Background in vertical SaaS - you understand the power of niche platforms
- Strong grasp of SaaS metrics like retention, churn, and expansion
- A current portfolio that shows both craft and strategic thinking
- You'll be the design voice at the leadership table, not just a service function
- You'll shape products that solve real-world problems for real-world users
- You'll join a team that values curiosity, grit, and doing the 1% more
- You'll help define what great design looks like in a legacy industry ready for change
