What You'll Own:
- End-to-end design strategy across a multi-product SaaS platform
- Hiring, mentoring, and scaling a high-performing design team
- Building design systems and processes from scratch
- Leading UX research and validating decisions with data, not guesswork
- Partnering cross-functionally to shape product vision and customer experience
What You Need:
- 5 years designing SaaS in a fast-growing startup
- 3 years of experience as a Team Lead or Manager
- Experience managing and growing design teams
- Experience with Figma
- Background in vertical SaaS - you understand the power of niche platforms
- Strong grasp of SaaS metrics like retention, churn, and expansion
- A current portfolio that shows both craft and strategic thinking
