Key Responsibilities
- Monitor transactions for unusual activity and potential fraud.
- Conduct risk assessments to identify vulnerabilities in processes and systems.
- Utilize investigative techniques to gather evidence and support fraud investigations.
- Analyze data to detect patterns and trends indicative of fraudulent behavior.
- Prepare detailed reports on findings and recommend actions to mitigate fraud risks.
- Manage databases related to fraud detection and investigation activities.
- Ensure adherence to regulatory compliance standards and organizational policies regarding fraud prevention.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Criminal Justice, or a related field.
- Proven experience in fraud detection or risk assessment roles.
- Strong knowledge of regulatory compliance requirements.
- Experience with data analysis and financial analysis tools.
- Excellent investigative skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in database management and reporting software.
