We are one of the Southeast's premier general contractors focused in the multi-family sector. With offices in Virginia, Georgia and North Carolina we are looking to add to our team in Atlanta, GA. Looking for a Framing Superintendent on a 320 unit Podium project, but invite all Superintendents to apply with more projects locked in for the back half of the year. What You Will Be Doing
- Multi-family projects, mainly wood-frame: Podium, wrap, garden-style apartments
- Ground-up, new construction only
- Framing phases on all projects
- Working with Project Management team to ensure project completion and performance
- 1 years of multi-family framing experience
- 3 years of experience as a Superintendent
- High School Diploma
- Competitive Base ($95,000-$115,000) 15% Bonus
