Position Overview
The Fire Alarm Manager will oversee the installation, maintenance, and management of fire alarm systems across various construction projects. This is a hands on management role, with a lot of room for growth! This role is crucial for ensuring compliance with safety standards and regulations while leading a team to deliver high-quality fire protection solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the installation and maintenance of fire alarm systems in residential, commercial, and high-rise buildings.
- Generate up to $250k in revenue for the first year in this position, with continued growth goals
- Work closely with the branch manager to support and grow the fire alarm division
- Ensure compliance with NFPA standards and other relevant safety codes.
- Lead and mentor a team of technicians and supervisors in the implementation of fire alarm projects.
- Develop project budgets, timelines, and resource allocation plans to ensure efficient operations.
- Oversee the preparation of proposals and pricing for fire alarm contracts and negotiations with clients and general contractors.
- Monitor project progress and address any issues that arise during installation or maintenance phases.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless integration of fire alarm systems with other building safety measures.
- Proven experience in fire alarm management and construction environments.
- Strong knowledge of fire alarm systems including Siemens, Kidde, Notifier, Silent Knight, Gamewell, Simplex, and others.
- NICET certification in Fire Alarm Systems is preferred.
- Experience with project management and leadership roles in operations.
- Familiarity with OSHA regulations and safety standards in construction.
- Excellent negotiation, sales, and business development skills.
- Bachelor's degree in a related field is a plus.

Salary : $80,000 - $110,000
