Title: Field Sales Engineer

Location: Hybrid - Santa Clara, CA

Compensation: Base $100K-$120K up to 100% bonus potential 

Position Overview
The Field Sales Engineer will be responsible for driving sales growth through technical expertise and relationship building with customers in the electronics industry. The ideal candidate will leverage their engineering background and sales acumen to effectively communicate product benefits and solutions that meet customer needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as a trusted partner to a major hyperscale data center customer, managing relationships and driving design-in wins.

• Collaborate with engineering teams to understand technical requirements and provide connector and interconnect solutions.

• Partner with internal teams (product, PLM, operations) to ensure seamless delivery and support for the customer.

• Identify growth opportunities, build account strategies, and execute on revenue targets.

•  Represent company in technical and commercial discussions, ensuring alignment between customer needs and internal capabilities.
   

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, Business, or a related field.
• Proven experience in sales or business development within the electronics industry.
• Strong understanding of interconnect technologies and connector solutions.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Willingness to travel frequently to meet with clients and attend industry events.
