Key Responsibilities
- Represent clients in family law cases including divorce, child custody, and support.
- Draft and file legal documents such as petitions, motions, and agreements.
- Negotiate settlements and advocate for clients' interests in court.
- Provide legal advice and guidance to clients regarding their rights and options.
- Ensure compliance with legal procedures and regulations related to family law.
- Maintain accurate and organized case files and documentation.
- Communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, and court personnel.
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
- Active license to practice law in the relevant jurisdiction.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in family law.
- Strong knowledge of family law statutes and case law.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive issues with empathy and professionalism.

Salary : $120,000 - $170,000
