About the Role:
Seeking an Estimator to support residential construction budgeting, takeoffs, pricing, and plan review for a fast-growing, employee-owned homebuilding organization. This role focuses on detailed cost analysis, documentation, and collaboration across sales, construction, and trade partners.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build full house budgets and perform detailed quantity takeoffs 
• Prepare job documentation, pricing, and cost estimates for standard and custom options
• Review plans, specifications, scopes of work, grading plans, and ACC requirements
• Support database development and assist sales teams with pricing support
• Collaborate with construction teams and trade partners to maintain accuracy and consistency

Qualifications:

• Residential estimating or takeoff experience required
• Strong attention to detail, organization, and problem solving
• Ability to read and interpret residential plans and building documentation
• Experience with estimating or purchasing software preferred (Hyphen Solutions, Builder MT, Sales Simplicity)
• Bachelor degree a plus
