We're looking for an Estimator to join a high-performing team specializing in interior framing, drywall, and acoustical systems for large-scale commercial projects across New England.
This is a fast-paced role ideal for someone who thrives in a collaborative environment and is ready to take ownership of the estimating process from bid to build.
What You'll Do:
- Prepare accurate and competitive estimates for commercial interior construction projects
- Analyze architectural drawings, specifications, and subcontractor quotes
- Collaborate with project managers, field teams, and clients to align scope and budget
- Maintain historical cost data and vendor relationships to support pricing strategies
- Participate in bid reviews, value engineering, and proposal development
What You Bring:
- 2 year of estimating experience in commercial construction (drywall/framing preferred)
- Strong understanding of construction documents, materials, and methods
- Proficiency in estimating software (e.g., On-Screen Takeoff, Quick Bid, or similar)
- Excellent organizational, analytical, and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple bids and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
