Requirements: 5 Years of Estimating experience in Heavy Civil Construction; project values up to $30M, Paving, grading, Caltrans experience, Primavera/P6, MS Office/Project, Bluebeam, Take-Off

- Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering/Construction Management, strongly desired
- 5 years as an Estimator within Civil Construction Projects
- Familiarity with Caltrans, BART, Underground, Paving, Grading projects
- AGTEK, Bluebeam, Take-Off, Primavera/P6, HCSS/Heavy Bid - Construction Software proficiency
- Ability to travel to job sites as needed in the area
- RFI submittal knowledge, Agency familiarity, Contractors, etc.
