Location: Onsite in Burnsville, MN
Job Title: Escrow Closer/Closing Assistant - $45-$70k (Title & Escrow)
Salary: $45-$70k Base Bonus On Deals, Benefits, 401k Match, & PTO
Bonus: 6% Bonus on deals, our best closers are making 2x their base in bonuses
Requirements: Escrow Closer
With offices across the country, we are a multi state law firm operating and affiliated with title agencies.
We are underwritten by Fidelity, Stewart, Old Republic, and several other larger, well known organizations.
We do about 80% residential closings and 20% commercial.
Due to growth we're looking for an Escrow Closer or Assistant Escrow Closer experienced in:
We are open to junior or senior candidates depending on experience, and the job title and compensation band will reflect experience levels.
You will communicate with buyers/sellers, determine escrow requirements, assist with deposits and disbursements, and preparing all relevant documents.
This includes, but is not limited to, opening files, preparing closing docs, putting together post closing packages, and/or disbursements.
