Key Responsibilities
- Provide technical support for NetSuite ERP systems, addressing client inquiries and resolving issues in a timely manner.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their business requirements and provide effective solutions using NetSuite functionalities.
- Utilize SuiteScript, SuiteFlow, and SuiteTalk to customize and enhance NetSuite applications based on client needs.
- Assist in the integration of NetSuite with other systems, ensuring seamless data flow and functionality.
- Conduct training sessions for clients on best practices and effective use of NetSuite features.
- Document technical issues and solutions in a knowledge base for future reference and training purposes.
- Stay updated on NetSuite enhancements, features, and best practices to provide informed support.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Proven experience in technical support or ERP implementation, preferably with NetSuite.
- Strong knowledge of NetSuite, including SuiteScript, SuiteFlow, SuiteTalk, and integration techniques.
- Familiarity with manufacturing processes and how they relate to ERP systems.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot technical issues effectively.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, managing multiple tasks and priorities.
