Location: This is a Fully Remote position. Candidates MUST be barred in CA.
Compensation: $165,000 - $185,000 Base Salary plus Bonuses, 401k Matching, and excellent Comprehensive Benefits!
*Bonuses kick in after 1575 Billable Hours!*

Your Role: As an Employment Law Defense Attorney, you will:
- Represent employers in employment law disputes, including Class Actions and PAGA cases.
- Develop and execute effective legal strategies to achieve favorable outcomes for our clients.
- Provide legal counsel to clients on employment law compliance and risk management.
- Handle all phases of litigation, including pre-trial motions, discovery, mediation, and trial.
- Collaborate with internal teams and clients to deliver exceptional service and results.
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
- Active bar membership in California.
- Proven experience (min. 3-5 years) defending employers in employment law cases, with a strong focus on Class Actions and PAGA matters.
- Excellent legal research, writing, and advocacy skills.
- Ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines effectively.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a commitment to client service.
