The ideal candidate will have a strong background in litigation and possess a comprehensive understanding of labor law, business law, and employment law. This role involves representing clients in legal proceedings, offering legal advice, and ensuring compliance with various regulations.
Key Responsibilities
- Represent clients in court and legal proceedings
- Conduct legal research and prepare legal documents
- Provide legal advice on labor law, business law, and employment law matters
- Negotiate settlements and agreements on behalf of clients
- Advise clients on compliance with OSHA, CAL, DOL, and ALRB regulations
- Collaborate with other attorneys and legal professionals to develop case strategies
- JurisdDoctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
- Active state bar license in good standing
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in litigation
- Strong knowledge of labor law, business law, and employment law
- Excellent research, writing, and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Salary : $120,000 - $180,000
