About The Role

We're seeking an experienced and forward-thinking Electro-Mechanical Engineer/Manager to lead the design, customization, and global implementation of our safety switch solutions. You'll oversee a talented team of engineers and collaborate cross-functionally to bring advanced thermal protection devices to life-devices that fit within the tight tolerances of today's compact consumer products and industrial applications.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead product development lifecycle for thermal safety switches, from concept to release
• Oversee the electrical design and performance testing of controls used in motors, battery packs, and appliances
• Collaborate with customers to define and deliver highly customized solutions that meet precise application needs
• Manage and mentor engineers across electrical, mechanical, and thermal domains
• Drive continuous improvement in design processes, quality, and manufacturability
• Interface with global sales, manufacturing, and compliance teams to ensure smooth product rollout
• Monitor emerging technologies and regulatory changes to guide innovation and compliance
  
  

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's in Electrical Engineering or related field
• 5 years of product development experience in thermal, electrical, or motor-related industries
• Prior leadership or management experience
• Strong background in small electromechanical components or sensor-based safety systems
• Comfortable working with customized, high-mix product lines
• Exceptional communication and customer-facing skills
